Yes, your notes are always private unless you choose to share with others or publish to the community platform.
Yes, when you are in your workspace, click on the vertical triple dots at the top of the page and the archive button. You can restore your archived schemas there. However, if you have deleted schemas from your archive, you won’t be able to recover them.
Yes, your notes will be saved automatically whenever you make any new changes. But you can always manually trigger save with "Command + S" or "Control + S".
Yes, when you are in the schema you want to export, just click on the vertical trip dots and the option to export as PDF is available.
Yes! When you are in the schema you want to share, click on the vertical triple dots and you can choose to send your schema. The recipient will get a copy of the Schema you are sharing and will be notified via email. If you want to make it public, simply choose share with the community!
The preview function is currently operational for PDF’s and images (GIF, JPEG and PNG), we will soon offer support for other file formats.
You get 50MB of free cloud storage with your account. You can see how much you are using if you click on the red circle with your first initial at the top of the page. Get in touch if you need more storage!
Yes! If you click on the vertical triple dots at the top of the page you can toggle - inline image. This will display all your images with your notes.
You can use "Command + U" or "Control + U" to trigger file upload.
Yes, if you click the little triangle next to the upload button, you will be able to use the on-screen toolbar.
